Had me a swell time here. The breakfast was downright tasty with fresh fruits and real eggs-none of that powdered nonsense. I was real impressed by the friendly folks workin' there, always smilin' and helpful. Only thing? No fridge in the room, which ain't too great if ya got kids needs snacks. That 24-hour coffee was a treat though!

Marvellous location close to both Paseo Montejo & centro. Right by restaurants/shops, Merida, Mexico, and several restaurants as well as the Hyatt Regency, Holiday Inn and Fiesta Americana. Modern and brand-new units with a bed. Plenty of food at the relatively cheap breakfast;)))

Clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff and a varied breakfast. Beautifully designed rooms and good bathrooms. Marvellous location, close to Monument to the Fatherland. Great view, nice bar - everything was nice.

Location convenient. Close to McDonald's, Walmart, and various cafes.
Rooms feel cramped with no amenities like a kettle or fridge. Bathroom lacks basic maintenance with half of it broken or moldy, towels are shredded. Very basic, lacks any cute facilities.
